📄️ Carriers

To manage your shipping providers, navigate in the CloudSuite App to Order Management > Configuration > Carriers. An overview appears, listing all carriers currently defined. Double-click an existing carrier to edit its details or click New to create a fresh one.

📄️ Cost Rules

The Cost rules screen lets you configure additional order costs, surcharges, discounts, and delivery options that are applied to webshop orders.

📄️ Delivery Services

To work with delivery services, in the CloudSuite App go to Order Management > Configuration > Delivery Services. An overview appears, listing all delivery services that have already been defined. Double-click an existing delivery service to open its details or click New to create a new one.

📄️ Sale Type Substitutions

Sale Type Substitutions replace the cost rules linked to the webshop Sale type, with a different cost rule. Assign the substitution to a customer or delivery address to use it.

Sale types categorise your sales and link them to promotional pricelists or shipping cost rules.

To work with the sales configuration, in the CloudSuite App go to Order Management > Configuration > Sales Configuration.
