CloudSuite automatically creates a new customer number (party) for each order when a customer without an existing account places an order.

You configure webshop order costs, such as shipping surcharges or payment fees, with a cost rule. A cost rule sets which costs apply and under what conditions. Delivery service exceptions allow you to apply different shipping conditions within the same delivery services, based on country, region, or postcode ranges. This is typically used for areas where delivery is more expensive or requires special handling.

A delivery service based on the volume or weight of a product overrules the standard delivery services of the shop.
