Managing Webshop Users (Customers)

📄️ Blocking a Customer from ordering

You can block a customer from placing further orders and display the reason for the blocking.

📄️ Create a Sales Center User

In the Sales Center environment, a Sales Center user can quickly enter orders for customers without going through the webshop, as described on the Sales Center Module page. In the webshop, a Sales Center user can also take over and check out a customer's basket if their Sales Center user role allows it.

📄️ Managing Customer Accounts

eCommerce users are registered users who can log in to your webshop. In a B2B setting, such a person does so on behalf of a corporate customer, also known as a party. The settings of the linked party (price lists, payment conditions, addresses, etc.) apply when the user interacts with the shop.

📄️ Prevent Customers from Changing their Email Address

Whether a registered user can change their email address depends on a setting in the user's role. By default, users having any role can change their own email address.

📄️ Deactivate or Delete a Webshop User

Registered users of the webshop can be (temporarily) deactivated, or deleted from the system altogether.

📄️ Set up Email-based Two-Factor Authentication for B2B Webshop Users for B2B Webshop Users

You can configure email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for your B2B webshop users. As an extra layer of security, users with this login type will be required to enter a verification code sent to their email address every time they log in.

📄️ Set Up Order Supervisors

Supervisors are used when orders of employees from the same company have to be authorized by a superior. You can create multiple supervisors per company and assign supervised employees.
