Shipments

To work with shipments, in the CloudSuite App go to Order Management > Shipments. An overview appears, listing all shipments that have already been registered. Double-click an existing shipment to open its details or click New to create a new one.

The shipment details are on the whole self-explanatory. Most fields in an existing shipment cannot be edited when the shipment's State is set to Done. Set the State to Draft if you need to edit the details.

Outgoing Moves

In this tab, an overview is maintained of the shipped products (moves). As for shipments, the details of a move are self-explanatory, and most of the fields cannot be edited when the move's State is set to Done. Set the State to Draft if you need to edit the details.

Track and Trace

In this tab, two overviews are maintained.

The overview under Track and Trace contains any track-and-trace references issued for this shipment by the carrier.

The overview under Documents contains references to any customer documents associated with the shipment. The documents can be made available to the shop customer in My Account.

  • The ID is essential for authentication when using the web service.
  • The Name is optional and can be shown in the webshop.
  • The URL is a public URL without web service authentication.
