Bundles
With bundles, you can sell several items in a combined promotional package.
To work with bundles, in the CloudSuite App go to Marketing > Bundles. Select All Bundles to see an overview of all bundles that have been defined, or one of the options labeled in accordance with a particular bundle type to see only those bundles of that type. An overview appears, listing all bundles that have already been defined. Double-click an existing bundle to open its details or click New to create a new one.
- The Name is shown in the basket when a customer meets the conditions of the bundle. This will be visible to shop visitors, and can be translated.
- The bundle is Active in the selected shop(s) only when the corresponding box is checked. This is the default when creating a new bundle.
- The Type of Discount is the bundle type, that determines how the bundle works and therefore, many of the fields available in the General tab. This can no longer be changed after a new bundle has been saved.
General
- Set the Start date and End date for the bundle's validity. If you leave the starting date blank, the bundle is valid immediately. If you leave the end date blank, the bundle remains valid indefinitely.
- Other fields are dependent on the bundle type. Refer to the appropriate article in the Recipes section for detailed instructions.
Shops
In this tab, select the Shops where the bundle should be active. Alternatively, check Bundle for all Shops if the bundle applies to all shops. A bundle cannot be saved if it has not been set to active in at least one shop.
A bundle cannot be deleted in the CloudSuite App until all shops have been removed from it. This is not necessary when Bundle for all Shops is checked.
Description
In this tab, you may enter a detailed Description of the bundle for later reference. This will be visible to shop visitors, and can be translated.
Saving and availability
When you are done, click Save. For technical reasons, you may have to wait until the next day for your edits to be visible.
