Setting a 503 Page

When a shop is temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, you can show a user-friendly message on a special page, the so-called 503 page.

To do so, in the CloudSuite App go to Stores > Shops and open the appropriate shop.

  1. In the shop details, go to the tab Domains.
  2. Select the domain that is unavailable.
  3. In the General tab, uncheck the box Available.
  4. Click OK, then click Save.

To test, navigate to the domain you just made unavailable. You see a user-friendly maintenance message.
