Creating a Free Shipping Bundle
With the bundle type Free Shipping with Product in Basket, the shipping costs are set to zero when a specified quantity of one of a number of specified products is added to the basket.
To work with bundles of this type, in the CloudSuite App go to Marketing > Bundles > All Bundles. (You may also select the menu option that directly corresponds to the type of bundle you want to create. The details are the same.) When the editing the bundle details. pay special attention to the following.
The Type of Discount for a bundle with free shipping must be Free Shipping with Product in Basket.
Free shipping activated through this bundle can be overridden through a delivery service; for example, when the purchase includes an additional process such as installation. Delivery services take precedence over a free shipping bundle.
General
On saving the bundle, a section is added to the General tab where you can specify the Sub Products that activate the free shipping offer when a customer adds one of them to the basket.
You can work with the sub-products one by one using the various toolbar icons, or you can use the Import Sub Products button to import products from a file. Such a file needs to have two columns, separated by a comma, where the first column has the header product code and the second has the header quantity.
