Enable Content Search

When you enable Content Search, customers can find related blog posts and content pages alongside products in your webshop search. This makes it easier to discover helpful information such as technical guides, manuals, blog articles, and company news, all from a single search.

Enable Content Search in Shop Settings

In the CloudSuite App, go to Stores > Shops

1. Go to the Search and Navigation tab.
2. Under Settings, check Enable Content Search.
3. Click Save.

Note

To exclude a specific blog post or content page from webshop search, enable Exclude from content search on the CMS page in CloudSuite Admin. This only removes the page from your webshop search results. It does not prevent external search engines, such as Google, from finding or indexing the page.

Result

Once enabled, visitors will see matching results in both the search suggestions and on the search results page. These results are grouped under separate tabs and headings in both the search suggestions and the search results page.
