Email Log

To see which emails have been generated, in the CloudSuite App go to Administration > CloudSuite Email Daemon > Email Log (All). To see only which emails have been generated for your shop, in the CloudSuite App go to Stores > Email Log.

An overview appears, listing all emails that have been generated. Double-click an existing email to inspect its details or click New to create a new one.

The details of an email are shown in separate tabs:

  1. The tab Log shows if the e-mail was actually sent and if so, when.
  2. The tab E-mail shows the content of the email.
  3. The tab Attachments shows the attachments to the email.

To send the email again, click the button Resend e-mail near the bottom of the page. You cannot do so if (in the Log tab) the box Fatal Error Occurred is checked.
