You can configure the payment methods available in your webshop via Stores > Payment Services > Payment Methods. An overview appears listing all payment methods that have been defined.

Double-click an existing method to open its details, or click New to create a new one.

  • Active determines whether the payment method is available in the webshop. This checkbox is checked by default..
  • Service defines which payment service is used to process the payment. If Overrule online payment is selected, the payment method follows the Overrule online payment flow.

General

  • Identifier is an internal identifier (abbreviation) that the front-end can use, for example to retrieve an image (logo) for the payment method.
  • Code defines the technical payment method code required for correct processing by the payment provider. The required value depends on the selected payment service. Contact the CloudSuite Support Team to find out correct code is for your configuration.

Optional filters

  • Minimum amount and Maximum amount define the minimum and maximum order value required to use the payment method. Order values include VAT, discounts, and surcharges.

    • Just for Pre-Orders
    • Not for Pre-Orders

  • Allowed Countries define the countries for which the payment method is available. If no countries are selected, the payment method is available in all shops.
  • Allowed Payment Terms define which customer payment terms are allowed to use this payment method. If no payment terms are selected, the payment method is available for all customers. If one or more payment terms are selected, only customers with those payment terms can see and use this payment method.

Payment Configurations

This tab lets you link one or more payment configurations to the payment method. Payment configurations are defined per shop and determine which payment methods are used for that shop.

The Payment Configurations tab becomes available after you save the payment method.
