Transaction Log

  1. In the CloudSuite App, go to Other Settings > CloudSuite Connect > Log.
  2. Open the log. In it, you will find various types of messages:
    • Order export messages
    • Incoming order sync messages
    • Invoices
    • External price interface updates
    • Cron tasks (for example, quotations or GA analytics)
    • Product feeds
    • Daily Middleware import

The filter allows a more targeted search on specific messages. Choose a start and end date/time to specifically search for messages within a particular time period. Or, you can filter messages based on incoming, outgoing, import, cron, feed, and web-service request types. You can also filter messages based on functions such as Middleware, Export, Import, Order Sync, and XML Order request, among others.

The log data is stored for 30 days.
