Manually Sending an Order Export Message to the ERP
Order export messages are sent automatically to transfer the order placed in the CloudSuite webshop to your company's ERP system. Sometimes it is necessary to resend the message to the ERP; for example, when an error or connection issue occurred during the automatic job.
The order export message can be sent from the sale in CloudSuite:

In the CloudSuite App, go to Order Management > Sales and open the appropriate sale.

In the tab E-Commerce, set the Interface Status to None or select the empty line.

Save the record and click the button Resend/send Order.
The Interface Status automatically changes to Sent when the order export message is sent.
You can check the state of the order export message by selecting Relate > Logs in the top menu. This opens a new window with the logging of the order export messages for this sale.
