Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies

Over time, you web browser may collect cookies that have been placed by third parties, as well as earlier versions of web pages that you have visited (called the browser cache). This may slow down your internet experience. If this is the case, you can in one go delete all cookies and/or the contents of the browser cache.

How you do this, depends on the exact browser that you are using. Therefore, we cannot provide detailed instructions but recommend that you search the internet for "clear cookies" or "clear browser cache" followed by the name of your browser. To make the search more specific, add the version of your browser and/or the operating system that you use.

• To find instructions on how to clear all cookies if your browser is a recent version of Mozilla Firefox, enter the following in any search engine:
