Downloading and Installing the Desktop CloudSuite App
You can choose to access the CloudSuite App online or you can download the CloudSuite Desktop CloudSuite App from the following locations:

Click the Download link to access the Desktop CloudSuite App for your operating system. If the link does not work, please contact your consultant or Customer Support.
Windows Installation
The following command line options are available in the Windows installer to help automation of the installation:
- Silent install into default installation path: (
C:\Program Files (x86)\cloudsuite-<version>):cloudsuite-<version>.exe /S - Silent install into custom path:
cloudsuite-<version> /S /D=<custom-path> - Silent uninstall:
<installation-path>\uninstall.exe /S
MacOS Installation
After downloading on MacOS, proceed as follows to install the Desktop CloudSuite App:
- Double-click the
.dmgfile to install the app. - Copy the CloudSuite App icon to your applications folder. It will now appear in your launch pad the next time you restart.
