Over time, you web browser may collect cookies that have been placed by third parties, as well as earlier versions of web pages that you have visited (called the browser cache). This may slow down your internet experience. If this is the case, you can in one go delete all cookies and/or the contents of the browser cache.

The caches for different components of the CloudSuite platform should be cleared automatically as part of regular platform maintenance. However, in certain situations, you might need more control over specific cache elements. You can clear the caches of the platform whenever it becomes necessary.

Order export messages are sent automatically to transfer the order placed in the CloudSuite webshop to your company's ERP system. Sometimes it is necessary to resend the message to the ERP; for example, when an error or connection issue occurred during the automatic job.

Increasing the search limit can be beneficial when exporting lists from the (desktop) CloudSuite App.
