Configuring a Default Product for Coupons

If you have a certain product that you regularly want to be the subject of a coupon promotion, you can set this product as the default coupon product.

1. In the CloudSuite App, go to PIM > Products and click New to create a new product.
2. Enter the product details as appropriate. For example, to create a service product for discount vouchers:
   • Enter a Name such as Voucher Discount and a Code such as DISC000.
   • In the General tab, set the Type to Service and the List Price and Cost Price to 0.00.
3. Configure the sales configuration:
   • In the CloudSuite App, go to Order Management > Configuration > Sales Configuration.
   • In the field Default Coupon Product, select the product you just created.
