Creating a Cashback Bundle

The bundle type Special Action (Cash Back) is different from other bundles, in that it is not a discount bundle but a tag that identifies the product and is available at the PDP and PLP.

Your ERP system is responsible for handling the cashback procedure.

To work with bundles of this type, in the CloudSuite App go to Marketing > Bundles > All Bundles. (You may also select the menu option that directly corresponds to the type of bundle you want to create. The details are the same.) When the editing the bundle details. pay special attention to the following.

General

On saving the bundle, a section is added to the General tab where you can specify the Sub Products that activate the cashback when a customer adds one of them to the basket.

You can work with the sub-products one by one using the various toolbar icons, or you can use the Import Sub Products button to import products from a file. Such a file needs to have two columns, separated by a comma, where the first column has the header product code and the second has the header quantity.
