Changing the Order of Categories in the Shop Tree

You can change the order of product trees within the shop tree. Note that this does not apply to modifications of custom menu items such as tag pages or custom links: to request such a change, create a ticket through your consultant.

1. In the CloudSuite App, go to PIM > Trees > Product Tree and open the main tree under which you want to adjust the order of the subtrees.
2. In the product tree details, go to the tab Children. This lists the subtrees of the tree, in the order in which they are shown.
3. If you are using the desktop App, you can drag-and-drop the subtrees to reflect the order in which you want them to be shown. If you are working in the web-based App, open the children one by one and set the Sequence fields for each of the subtrees so that they match to the order in which you want them to be listed: subtrees with lower sequence numbers are shown closer to the top of the list.
4. Click Save.
5. Go to the page in your webshop and press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page.

The new tree order is now visible.
