When a registered customer places items in their basket but then leaves the webshop without checking out, a campaign email can be sent.

๐๏ธ Adding Product Images in the Order Confirmation Email
By default, we include the product number (or SKU) and product description in the order confirmation email to the customer. It is also possible to include a thumbnail of the ordered product, or to add a product image such as in the order overview of the webshop.
๐๏ธ Hiding a Payment Method
It is possible to hide specific payment methods, such as AfterPay, during the checkout process when the customer's invoice address does not match the delivery address. This is to minimize the risk of unauthorized transactions and prevent fraud.
๐๏ธ Excluding Products from Returns
If you use the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Module, you can exclude certain products from returns. This module is not active by default. If you are interested in using this feature, please contact your consultant or Customer Support.
๐๏ธ CC Email Confirmation for Orders
A field representative may want to receive order confirmations via email when creating orders for their customers. To achieve this, you need to configure the customer as well as the email template.
