Quotations Module

The Quotations module allows your B2B customers to request customized quotes directly from your webshop. Customers can compile a list of products and quantities and submit it for pricing approval. This streamlined process reduces the workload of the internal sales team who typically handle such requests via phone or email.

How it works

From the product page, customers can add items to a Quotation Basket*.* Once complete, a request is submitted as a formal quote, which triggers a workflow in the ERP. The ERP system acts as the central authority throughout the process.

The ERP picks up the request and applies customer-specific pricing agreements. A sales representative reviews and confirms the quote. After internal approval, your customer receives immediate confirmation via email and can monitor updates in the My Account dashboard.

Your customer can convert the quote into an order with a single click, without reselecting products or re-entering prices.

ERP-Driven Workflow

CloudSuite supports an ERP-driven quotation workflow for companies with complex commercial conditions.

When a customer accepts a quotation in the webshop, the ERP system can automatically convert it into an order. This ensures that all pricing rules, delivery conditions, discounts, and customer-specific agreements defined in ERP remain leading.

Customers can download the original quotation PDF generated in ERP directly from My Account in the webshop.

This gives them access the official document, including detailed pricing structures or delivery conditions that may not be fully stored in CloudSuite.
