Wishlists
Wishlists provide customers the option to save their favorite products with the aim of (re-)ordering them at a later time. What an order template is in a B2B environment, is a wishlist in a B2C environment.
One of the main benefits is that your customers do not need to search for favorite products again. It can be very frustrating not to be able to find that particular product by entering search terms or clicking through menus. Saving these products in a clear list leads to more conversions since products are less likely to be forgotten and they are easy to order.
Products added to the wishlist are marked with an icon that is visible on both the product detail page (PDP) and the product listing page (PLP). By clicking the icon, you can toggle between adding or removing the product from the wish list.
