CloudSuite supports both product reviews and shop reviews, and gives you control over how reviews are collected and displayed.

Use case
A B2C webshop wants to increase trust and conversion by showing customer feedback.
Customers are invited to leave a review after their purchase, ensuring that feedback is based on real orders. Reviews are published on product pages and contribute to visible ratings across the webshop. For products with multiple variants, all reviews are combined to give a complete and reliable product score.
In addition, the webshop uses an external platform to collect shop-level reviews, while managing visibility and status centrally in CloudSuite.
How it works
Customers submit a product review either directly in the webshop or through a review request after an order. Reviews are stored in CloudSuite and can be moderated before publication. Once approved, ratings and comments are displayed on product pages and, if enabled, on listing pages. For products with variants, reviews can be combined into a single rating.
For shop reviews, CloudSuite connects to external review services. The system regularly retrieves the review status and updates it in CloudSuite, where both product and shop review statuses can be monitored.
