Analytics & Tracking

eCommerce tracking in Analytics offers you crucial information about, among others, conversion rates, revenue data, and abandonment rates on your site. It helps to understand where most sales are coming from in order to make a well-informed plan for improving and optimizing the conversion rate of your webshop(s).

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a free web analytics tool offered by Google to help you analyze your website traffic. Real-time reports give insight into promotions, social media posts, and content changes. The CloudSuite Google Analytics integration includes the following features.

  • Tracking code. JavaScript snippet for tracking your customer's journey.
  • Order data tracking option 1 JavaScript snippet or data layer in the order confirmation screen of your customers. This will give a lot of information about the buying behavior of your customers and the revenue of your webshop.
  • Order data tracking option 2 uses the Google Measurement Protocol, an extended module for Google Analytics in which Google receives the information from the server instead or in addition to the front-end implementation.
  • Site Search tracking. JavaScript snippet or data layer so all search requests and results will be tracked to give you full information about your customers' search behavior and the results of the webshop.
  • Google Tag Manager. Flexible tag management tool for implementing the tracking of your webshop; it can receive information through variables (e.g. data layer), without additional support from our consultants.
  • Enhanced eCommerce implementation. The implementation of Enhanced eCommerce offers a number of more advanced options to collect and analyze the shopping behavior of your users. This includes information about product impressions and product clicks, promotions, checkout behavior, and more comprehensive sales data.
  • Adwords conversion tracking gives a clear overview of the results from your paid AdWords.
