Fallback for deleted static files (redirect for missing assets)

Deleted files such as images, PDFs, or CSS files can now be redirected to another location.
This new fallback prevents 404 errors and ensures that old links are neatly rerouted. The feature requires manual configuration.

It is currently in beta and can be enabled by Support upon request.
