cXML Punchout: configurable product number

In a cXML punchout to a procurement system, the product EAN was always used by default. Since not all CloudSuite customers can work with an EAN number, this is now configurable.

You can now choose which product number to send: code, import_key, or EAN. The default value remains EAN, so no migration is needed if you are already using this functionality.
