Product Filter Wizard (Guided Search)

The Product Filter Wizard is a powerful tool to streamline your customer's journey to the right products. Your webshop visitors are guided step-by-step to the most suitable product results.

1. Guided Product Discovery: Based on a predefined set of attribute filters, you can direct visitors to the most relevant products.
2. Step-by-Step Guidance: Visitors are led through a user-friendly, step-by-step process, ensuring they discover the most suitable product results.

Visitor Experience

In a Product List Page (PLP) with an associated Filter Wizard, the Filter Wizard takes over the standard standard PLP functions. Trees and attribute filters are replaced by the Filter Wizard and display options are based on the set attributes.

Initially, all the (paginated) products linked to the tree are shown just as in a regular PLP. To the left are the filters in the order as they are defined in the configuration. Above the product tiles the first step (or filter) of the filter wizard is shown.

• Clicking on a filter will immediately update the search results without reloading the page.
• Multiple filters can be selected.
• Selecting a filter is not required, and the visitor can proceed at any time.

Filter Wizard as CloudSuite Admin widget

The Filter Wizard is also available as a CloudSuite Admin widget. This way you can set up the PLP including the Filter Wizard using a CloudSuite Admin page. This allows you to add additional content to the page.
