Promotions Management

CloudSuite has various options for creating discounts, promotions, and product bundles. You can use them to either promote a specific product(group), motivate customers to buy more of one type of product, or increase the order value. Most of those discount types are configured at product level and a few can be applied to the current order.

📄️ Bundles

With bundles, you sell several items in a combined promotional package. These items may be complementary or similar. Especially the discount option and popular bundles are a much-used feature that can increase your order value by selling more in the same order. It is also a way of cross-selling, in case items are included from another product category.

📄️ Coupons and Discounts

Many retailers use coupon codes as part of their marketing efforts to offer one-time promotions or special campaigns. These codes allow customers to enjoy discounts, such as a percentage off their order or free shipping. Coupons are a great way to incentivize purchases, especially during holiday or seasonal promotions.

📄️ Product Promotions

Besides creating promotional product bundles, it is also possible to promote a group of products on your shop pages. Create a promotion and add specific products that are displayed on all or selected pages of the webshop. Think of seasonal promotions or themed promotions.
