Price Management

The extensive Price module of the CloudSuite platform offers the same functionality as most ERP systems and can support all your pricing requirements. When an extremely complex price structure is used, CloudSuite offers the possibility to retrieve real-time prices from your ERP system to show in the webshop.

Gross Prices

The gross prices of a product are stored per company. This means that in a multi-company environment multiple gross prices are possible.

Gross prices are the base for the price calculation in sale orders and can be used for additional discounts if a price list is applicable.

Consumer Prices

The consumer prices of the product are also stored per company, allowing multiple consumer prices per company. The consumer price is just informative and can, for instance, be displayed in the webshop as a “From” price in case of promotions or discounts.

Consumer Price Switch for Retail and Dealers

The consumer switch is a common feature for retail, where dealers in their own physical shop want to show products to their customers.

For each shop, you can implement the Consumer Price Mode. When switching to the consumer prices, a default B2C account is used to show consumer prices and cost rules. All prices are displayed including VAT.

For deliveries abroad or with a different tax rule, you first finish the order in B2C mode, then the order is recalculated with the correct user’s B2B prices and taxes valid for the retailer or dealer.

Price Sheets

Price sheets are in fact gross prices for groups of customers. A use case can be the difference between small, medium, and large companies. For each group, you can create a specific price sheet.

If a customer is linked to a price sheet and the requested product is available in the sheet, the price in the price sheet overrules the gross price.
