Digital Assets

Content is an essential part of customer engagement. In addition to text, content involves digital assets such as images, videos, PDFs, and more.

Each product and product category can have an unlimited amount of assets, which can be published in the webshop.

Product Image Types

Products have one main image and multiple additional images. For each image, we create multiple sizes, like thumbnails, smaller or large images, depending on the location in the shop. Images are resized real-time and can be stored on a CloudSuite-hosted server or hosted by your company or CDN.

Product Images per Shop and/or Language

If you want to differentiate your content per language or region, you can use different product images for each language. The same goes for shops: you can have shop-specific assets. This goes for all types of product images that are available.

Videos

It is possible to include videos as product assets, think of video instructions or animations. Video files are embedded files and are part of the page design.

Embedded videos (hosted at other servers) can be used as well and easily included in the design of your webshop.

Product PDFs

Especially for specialized products, you may need to supply PDF files for your products with detailed specifications. With an external URL to a PDF file, you can provide a download link. This feature can be useful when there is too much information to display, for example, on your Product Detail Page.
