Feature List

The Feature List describes what CloudSuite can do for you, giving the visitors of your online shop an optimal online customer journey and shopping experience.

The platform consists of a number of separate modules that work together to help you realize your online ambitions. Two main components are open to your in-house staff for maintenance of your eCommerce shop or shops: the CloudSuite App and the CloudSuite Admin.

The CloudSuite App​

The CloudSuite App lets you manage the CloudSuite platform, and configure all available features and modules for your webshop. The various sections in the CloudSuite App are accessed via a navigation menu to the left of the screen, which is customized to match the modules that you use.

You can access the CloudSuite App in any modern web browser, or you can install it locally on Windows or MacOS.

The CloudSuite Admin​

The CloudSuite Admin contains a Content Management System (CMS) that offers the flexibility to maintain custom pages and show their content in multiple shops. You can create specific content per shop, device, or language; and you can set up specific pages for targeted campaigns and promotions.

The CMS contains a basic set of default widgets that are ready to use. In addition, you can add custom widgets to gain full control over the pages you want to create for your shop. Multimedia assets for use in your pages are managed in the DAM (Digital Asset Manager).

The CloudSuite Admin can be accessed in any modern web browser.

The CloudSuite APIs​

CloudSuite offers a REST API that can both get and post information. The API offers a universal way of handling data that is independent of the CloudSuite backend and platform and that you can incorporate in your automated workflows.

To ensure optimal compatibility and a seamless browsing experience, CloudSuite supports the latest two versions of the following major web browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari for iOS
  • Google Chrome for Android
